PESR reports the 10.5 km section from Stenkovec interchange to the border crossing, construction commencement on 27 August 2026, and a four-year construction period. The works include five twin-tube tunnels and eight bridges. Published EBRD loan and WBIF grant figures are financing commitments, not project cost, so cost is omitted.
