E18 Koskenkylä–Kotka motorway
A 53 km motorway project on Vt 7 between Koskenkylä and Kotka. It upgraded 17 km of existing road from Koskenkylä to Loviisa and built 36 km of new motorway from Loviisa to Kotka. The full route opened on 1 September 2014.

€340MThe Nordic Investment Bank reports the project cost as EUR 340 million. It separately reports an approximately EUR 623 million service-contract value, which includes maintenance through 2026 and is not the construction cost. No price year is stated.
