Pottendorfer Linie upgrade
ÖBB upgraded the Pottendorfer Linie between Wien Meidling and Wiener Neustadt. Double tracking was completed through Wampersdorf by 2023. Further station and line works between Wampersdorf and Ebenfurth are ongoing.

| Wien Meidling–Wiener Neustadt ÖBB gives 52 km for the full Wien Meidling–Wiener Neustadt route. The existing double-track section from Wampersdorf to Wiener Neustadt was not a new double-tracking work. Station and loop upgrades between Wampersdorf and Ebenfurth continue separately.
