A5 Slavonika (Hungarian border – Beli Manastir – Osijek – Đakovo – Sredanci – Svilaj)
Croatia's north–south motorway through Slavonia, on Pan-European Corridor Vc and the E73. HAC lists it as 88.6 km, from the Hungarian border at Branjin Vrh to the Bosnia and Herzegovina border at Svilaj, and lists the 660 m Sava bridge at Svilaj among its sections. It joins the A3 at the Sredanci interchange. The sections opened one by one: Sredanci – Đakovo in 2007, Đakovo – Osijek in 2009, Sredanci – Svilaj in 2015, Osijek – Beli Manastir in December 2022 and Beli Manastir – Hungarian border in October 2025, which HAC calls the completion of the motorway in full profile. The Svilaj bridge itself is not a lot here: the last lot ends at its northern abutment. Lengths are the section lengths published by HAC where it gives one; Sredanci – Svilaj is from the Croatian Wikipedia and the Svilaj approach is measured from the mapped alignment. Kuna amounts are given in the lot notes only.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sredanci – Đakovo HAC gives 23.0 km for this section; the Croatian Wikipedia gives 21 km and the mapped alignment measures about 21.0 km between the A3 crossing and the Đakovo interchange. The English Wikipedia records the cost as 1.4 billion kuna (HRK), built in eighteen months by a consortium of Croatian construction companies, which are not named. | Opened | 23 km |

| Đakovo – Osijek The English Wikipedia records a cost of 2.13 billion kuna (HRK), with completion originally scheduled for December 2008 and the opening delayed by four months; toll collection on the A5 began with this opening. | Opened | 33 km |

| Sredanci – Svilaj interchange From the A3 crossing at Sredanci to the Svilaj interchange. Length is from the Croatian Wikipedia (3.2 km); the mapped alignment measures about 2.9 km. HAC lists Sredanci to the Bosnia and Herzegovina border as 3.5 km, a figure that does not match the sum of this lot and the Svilaj approach lot as drawn. | Opened | 3 km |

| Svilaj interchange – Sava bridge approach Length measured from OpenStreetMap geometry. The lot ends at the northern abutment of the 660 m Svilaj bridge over the Sava, which is not part of this lot. The Croatian Wikipedia gives 1.9 km for Svilaj – border and says the road was built to the border in 2015 but stayed closed until the bridge and the Bosnian border crossing were finished; HAC says the bridge opened on 30 September 2021. | Opened | 2 km |

| Osijek – Halasica bridge Sub-section of Osijek – Beli Manastir (24.6 km in all). Includes the 2,507 m bridge over the Drava (the 3rd Guards Brigade Kune bridge). HAC says the works were finished in 2019 and the sub-section stayed closed until the northern sub-section was ready, so it opened with it on 2 December 2022. The mapped alignment measures about 7.9 km between the Osijek interchange and the Halasica bridge, against HAC's 7.1 km. | Opened | 7 km |

| Halasica bridge – Beli Manastir Sub-section of Osijek – Beli Manastir. The works contract for the alignment, signed on 28 April 2020 with a joint venture of Osijek-Koteks and GP Krk, was worth 443 million kuna (HRK) excluding VAT (the English Wikipedia gives the signing date; HAC gives the value and says the alignment works began in 2020, after the first phase of structures worth about 83 million kuna). Ten structures, the Beli Manastir interchange and the Sudaraš toll plaza are on the sub-section. The lot is cut 17.5 km from the Halasica bridge, the length HAC gives for the sub-section, which falls just north of the Beli Manastir interchange. | Opened | 18 km |

The lot is cut 5.0 km from the Hungarian border, just north of the Beli Manastir interchange. | Opened | 5 km |
