| Jakuševec – Velika Gorica jug Connects the A3 at the Jakuševec interchange to Velika Gorica jug. The Croatian Wikipedia gives 10.9 km, 4 interchanges, 2 viaducts and no toll; the English Wikipedia gives 11 km and a total cost of 1.645 billion kuna (HRK), and says completion was repeatedly delayed by changes of legislation, land acquisition and funding. The mapped motorway measures about 8.9 km because it starts at the northern end of the mapped carriageways, short of the A3 connection. | Opened | 11 km |

| Velika Gorica jug – Buševec The first section of the A11, 9 km, with 6 bridges, 4 flyovers, 2 wildlife crossings, a viaduct and an underpass. The English Wikipedia reports a total cost of 657 million kuna (HRK) and says the contract for the works from Velika Gorica jug towards Hrašće Turopoljsko, announced in April 2006 at 202 million kuna (HRK) excluding VAT with completion planned for 15 June 2007, went to a joint venture of Viadukt, Hidroelektra, Konstruktor and Strabag. The Mraclin toll plaza is on the section. | Opened | 9 km |

| Buševec – Lekenik The English Wikipedia says works began in April 2010 with completion first announced for 2011, and gives the works contract as 645 million kuna (HRK) including VAT; it also reports a total cost of 700 million kuna (HRK) excluding VAT. The Croatian Wikipedia counts 20 structures (2 bridges, a viaduct, an ecoduct, 6 overpasses and 8 culverts) and the Lekenik interchange and toll plaza; the Pešćenica rest area was planned with the section. | Opened | 11 km |

| Lekenik – Sisak The last section of the A11, ending at the Sisak interchange, with six overpass crossings and two bridges. The contract was signed in February 2022 with a business association of COLAS Hrvatska and Geotehnika for EUR 37.4 million; the 2021 procurement was valued at EUR 40 million, and HAC says it spent EUR 42 million on the section. Supervision was valued at EUR 500,000 excluding VAT. Works were hard because of marshy ground. The press and the HAC 2024 business report give 10.9 km, one report 11 km. The Sisak access road and Odra bridge are separate HAC contracts and are not in this lot. The English Wikipedia still shows the route as ending at Lekenik. | Opened | 11 km |

- Financed by HAC from its own funds, without additional borrowing.
A section that lists two sources counts its full length under each: the data records which sources paid, not what share each one carried.
