A11 Arad–Oradea Motorway
Partially built route in north-western Romania between Arad and Oradea, part of the proposed Via Carpathia corridor. Only the 3.5 km Arad Bypass (Centura Arad) is open, between the A1 Arad West interchange and DN7 (Arad North); it opened as part of the A1 in December 2011 on one carriageway and June 2012 on both, and was renumbered A11 in July 2015. The Arad–Oradea link is being built to expressway standard as DEx16 rather than as a motorway: 2×2 lanes over about 120 km in three lots, Oradea–Salonta 33.7 km, Salonta–Chișineu-Criș 39.7 km and Chișineu-Criș–Arad 47.07 km, with a further 18 km of connector roads. The three execution contracts were signed in May 2025, September 2025 and January 2026, each allowing 24 months for the works, which had not started by mid-2026. The link from the Oradea bypass to the A3 at Biharia opened in March 2024.

This section runs on track another line already owns. It counts in this line's length and is left out of every total that spans projects, so the kilometres are counted once.
Contractor roles are as recorded in the award. Only builders count toward the delivery rankings.
