The table gives construction start 11/2004 and an archived dalnice.com page gives 1/2004, so no start is recorded. The feeder joined the road to the D1. The table gives construction start 05/2004 and an archived dalnice.com page gives 1/2004, so no start is recorded; the same page dates a half-profile opening to 1 July 2007 and the full profile to 2 August 2008, against 08/2007 in the table. Drawn from Bělotín-jih to the end of the bypass, where the ŘSD leaflet T7a says its section starts (leaflet km 0.864; an OSM way boundary, not a junction node).

ŘSD stavba T7a. Rebuild of the existing two-lane undivided I/48 into a divided motorway, category D 25,5/120. One contract covers the whole first stage (13.2 km: this lot and Palačov – Šenov): price 3 084 446 497 Kč excluding VAT against an estimate of 2 704 000 000 Kč, so no lot-level value is recorded. The contract was signed on 15 December 2020. Leaflet length 5036 m; the drawing starts where the road built to D 25,5/120 standard begins (an OSM way boundary) and ends at the Dub junction.

ŘSD stavba Z57b (leaflet state 04/2026): rebuild of the I/48 between Dub and the Palačov interchange (3695 m), built with the new I/35 Lešná–Palačov road (5.2 km, category S 24,5/100). The contract price of 2 184 076 205 Kč excluding VAT (estimate 2 200 000 000 Kč) covers both roads, so no lot-level value is recorded. Works started on 5 June 2023. ŘSD said on 30 September 2026 that the section opens in October 2026. The ŘSD list of motorway lengths of 1 July 2026 does not yet include it. OSM draws the existing two-way road up to where the dual carriageway begins east of the Palačov interchange; the drawing is 4.0 km against the sourced 3.7 km.

ŘSD stavba T7c, km 9.600–17.751 of the leaflet. Rebuild of the I/48, category D 25,5/120, from the existing interchange east of Palačov to Šenov u Nového Jičína. It shares one contract with Bělotín – Dub (price 3 084 446 497 Kč excluding VAT for 13.2 km), so no lot-level value is recorded. The drawing ends where OSM changes the road ref from D48 to 48 near Nový Jičín.

ŘSD stavba T7b, second stage of Bělotín – Rybí (km 18.1–21.9 of the leaflet, 3815 m, category D 25,5/120), the Nový Jičín bypass section with the Nový Jičín-západ and Nový Jičín-východ interchanges. Six bids were received (870.48 to 1 094.62 million Kč excluding VAT). The ŘSD press release of 30 September 2026 says works have begun, with opening planned for January 2029 after 27 months; the leaflet gives 2029. ŘSD says D48 will then be complete except the Šenov viaduct, for which only a study exists. The leaflet says the I/48 is rebuilt in place, reusing the existing earthwork, so the drawing follows the existing road. OSM still maps it as I/48 (ref 48). The drawing, 4.4 km, also takes in the Šenov viaduct (leaflet km 17.751–18.104, in neither this lot nor Palačov – Šenov) and ends where OSM ref D48 begins at Rybí.

ŘSD stavba T8 (leaflet 82): rebuild and new construction, category R 25,5/120, turning the existing undivided four-lane I/48 into a divided road. The leaflet timeline gives construction start 05/2017; the cs.wikipedia table gives 06/2017. The leaflet gives the whole Rybí – Rychaltice section as 12 975 m, of which 11 528 m is this contract's main route and 1447 m is the Příbor bypass section (cs.wikipedia 4804.1, opened 24 November 2011), built under an earlier contract. The length recorded here is the whole section, which matches the 13.2 km drawn from the start of OSM ref D48 at Rybí to the Rychaltice junction.

ŘSD stavba T9 (leaflet 83, archived copy), category R 25,5/120, main route 7137 m. Between the Rychaltice interchange and the Hroch rest area the existing I/48 was rebuilt, and beyond it the road follows a new route; the Rychaltice interchange was rebuilt too, and a 160 m cut-and-cover tunnel was built at Lysůvky. The leaflet names the contractor as Sdružení R48 Rychaltice–Frýdek-Místek (Skanska DS, ODS-DS Ostrava, Metrostav a.s.).

ŘSD stavba T10a (leaflet 79), main route 4250 m, category R 25,5/120, a new road south of Místek with the Frýdek-Místek-západ and Frýdek-Místek-jih interchanges. It was built with the D56 Frýdek-Místek connection under one contract of 2 169 232 817 Kč excluding VAT, so no lot-level value is recorded. A part opened on 30 June 2022 and the whole stage on 2 September 2022. The drawing starts at the Frýdek-Místek-západ exit node and ends east of the Ostravice bridge, 3.7 km against the sourced 4.25 km.

ŘSD stavba T10b (leaflet 409), main route 4316 m (operating chainage km 48.610–52.926), category R 25,5/120, including the Frýdek-Místek-východ interchange. The first contractor withdrew from the contract and a new one was selected at the end of August 2019. It opened at half profile on 22 December 2022; the full 2+2 profile opened on 24 July 2023, the date the leaflet and the cs.wikipedia table give as the opening, and the date recorded here. Works on part of the route were halted in 2022 by a court ruling on the building permit.

Stavba 4807. Dates from the cs.wikipedia section table (category R 22,5/100); no ŘSD leaflet covers this section. The table's 5.62 km is the whole 2004 Frýdek – Dobrá stavba (an archived dalnice.com page: about 5.6 km, opened 26 October 2004). Its western part is now the feeder of the Frýdek-Místek bypass (ŘSD leaflet T10b) and is not on the D48 route, so 5.62 km is not recorded. Drawn between the Frýdek-Místek-východ and Dobrá junctions (OSM motorway_junction nodes), 1.47 km; the 1.5 km recorded is that measurement, not a published figure. The ŘSD motorway length of 62.081 km at 1 July 2026 is consistent with it.
