OpenStreetMap currently maps only a 2.85 km H8 construction fragment, not the complete 17.5 km route. The drawn fragment is incomplete. DARS's 2025 annual report says contractors declared packages B (Škalsko jezero) and H (Konovo) complete on 29 December 2025, after which inspections, defect correction and Konovo tunnel equipment testing followed. On 12 March 2026, the government reported that DARS had completed construction works on both packages. The full Velenje–Slovenj Gradec section remains under construction. DARS lists EUR 70.3 million as the combined contract value of packages B and H only. The VAT basis is unstated, so no structured cost is recorded.
