Ruma – Šabac – Loznica Motorway and Expressway
A 78 km road from the A3 at Ruma to Loznica on the Drina: a motorway to Šabac, a bridge over the Sava, then a two-carriageway expressway. JP Putevi Srbije is the investor; AzVirt built it under a design-build contract signed on 19 November 2019 and concluded without a tender under an intergovernmental agreement with Azerbaijan. The motorway and the Sava bridge opened on 14 October 2023 and the expressway on 29 December 2024. Further sections to Badovinci and Mali Zvornik are not part of this file. The Ministry gives one investment value for the project, not a figure per section, so no lot cost is recorded.
