Prices are as published, in euro, and VAT basis is stated only where the source gives it. The Žilina node and the Váh – Varín – Strečno project, which lies on the Žilina – Košice line, are not included.

| Bratislava Rača – Šenkvice Works contract with Združenie Trať Rača – Šenkvice (lead Doprastav, a.s.), signed 4 March 2002 for EUR 44.71 million; ŽSR gives the project start as 11 March 2002 and the end as 30 September 2006. The ŽSR page states the price in euro although it was signed before the euro was adopted. sk.wikipedia gives 13.4 km excluding stations and September 2006 as the commissioning month. The recorded 18.4 km is the station-to-station distance from the sk.wikipedia line diagram (km 7.435 to 25.833); the drawn line is 18.5 km. Part of the saving was moved to the Trnava – Piešťany project. | Opened | 18 km |

| Šenkvice – Cífer (with stations Bratislava Rača – Trnava) Works contract with Združenie Modernizácia Bratislava Rača – Trnava (lead Skanska DS a.s., Brno) for EUR 141.99 million; the signing date is not on the page. Works ran from 1 July 2004 to the contractual deadline of 30 September 2008. The project covers the Šenkvice – Cífer track and the stations along Rača – Trnava, so sk.wikipedia's 22.4 km includes station areas outside the Šenkvice – Cífer line. The recorded 11.5 km is the station-to-station distance from the sk.wikipedia line diagram (km 25.833 to 37.350); the drawn line is 11.4 km. | Opened | 12 km |

| Contract value €141.988M |
| Cífer – Trnava Earlier modernisation of the section outside stations, from March 2000 to June 2001, per sk.wikipedia, which gives 5.8 km excluding stations. ŽSR lists the same date as the project start and 31 March 2009 as the end of works. Second stage of the Trnava – Nové Mesto nad Váhom project. Length is from sk.wikipedia and includes the stations at both ends; the drawn line is 17.7 km. | Opened | 20 km |

| Nové Mesto nad Váhom – Zlatovce One ŽSR project for stages I and II of Nové Mesto nad Váhom – Púchov (km 100.500 – 159.100): contract with Združenie Nové Mesto – Zlatovce 2009 signed 26 August 2009 for EUR 263.84 million. Works began on 29 September 2009 and all objects were handed over on 28 May 2013. Length is 4.5 km (Nové Mesto – Trenčianske Bohuslavice) plus 12.9 km (to Zlatovce) from sk.wikipedia, excluding stations. The ŽSR page gives no km range for the stage; vlaky.net puts the start of the next stage at km 117.690, about 4 km before Zlatovce station on the sk.wikipedia line diagram, so the lot is cut there by chainage and its end is approximate. The drawn line is 18.1 km. The Cohesion Fund grant allotment of EUR 195.15 million is not the works price. | Opened | 17 km |

| Zlatovce – Trenčianska Teplá Stage III of Nové Mesto nad Váhom – Púchov, through Trenčín with a new Váh bridge. Works contract with Združenie pod Brezinou (lead TSS Grade, a.s.; members Bögl a Krýsl and Konstruktor-Inženjering), signed in October 2012 for almost EUR 245 million excluding VAT (EUR 294 million with VAT), per SITA and vlaky.net. The contract allowed 40 months; the deadline was moved from February 2016 to the end of November 2016. sk.wikipedia gives works start in February 2013 and end in October 2017, and December 2017 as the commissioning month. The ŽSR project page for this stage was not found, so the price year is the signing year and the figure is a press one. Length is from sk.wikipedia (12.2 km); vlaky.net gives km 117.690 – 129.642. The lot is cut at those kilometres by chainage, so its ends are approximate and it begins before Zlatovce station; the drawn line is 11.6 km. | Opened | 12 km |

| Trenčianska Teplá – Ilava – Beluša Stages IV and V of Nové Mesto nad Váhom – Púchov: contract with Združenie ŽSR-Beluša signed 12 November 2009 for EUR 289.89 million. Works began on 25 November 2009 and ŽSR reports completion on 4 May 2014 in line with the contract; sk.wikipedia gives July 2014 as the commissioning month. The recorded 20.4 km is the project length that sk.wikipedia cites from the European Commission. Its table gives 11.4 km (Trenčianska Teplá – Ilava) plus 12.2 km (Ilava – Beluša), but its line diagram puts Ilava – Beluša at 8.4 km, so the table sum of 23.6 km is not used. The lot runs from km 129.642 (end of the previous stage, per vlaky.net) to about km 149.4 (159.100 minus the 9.7 km of the next stage), cut by chainage; the drawn line is 20.6 km. The Cohesion Fund allotment of EUR 196.47 million is not the works price. | Opened | 20 km |

Length is from sk.wikipedia and includes the Púchov station. The lot ends at km 159.100, the end of the Nové Mesto – Púchov project, about 0.8 km past Púchov station, and begins about 2 km before Beluša station, cut by chainage; the drawn line is 9.0 km. The Cohesion Fund allotment of EUR 84.32 million is not the works price. | Opened | 10 km |

Trains moved to the new Púchov – Nosice section on 17 September 2020 and Milochov tunnel opened for one track in December 2021 (sk.wikipedia). ŽSR issued the takeover protocol on 16 May 2022 and the completion protocol on 15 May 2023; sk.wikipedia gives May 2022 for two-way use of the tunnel. The line starts about 0.8 km past Púchov station, where the previous project ends, and the drawn line is 14.6 km. The tunnels are not drawn as separate lots. | Opened | 16 km |
