D49 motorway (Hulín – Fryšták – Vizovice)

ŘSD stavba 4901, first part, from MÚK Hulín to MÚK Holešov. The 2026 leaflet gives its length as cca 9.8 km; the 12/2024 leaflet says 9.5 km in one place and cca 9.8 km in another. Construction began in September 2008, stopped in July 2010 and resumed in December 2021. The contractor is the Sdružení Hulín–Fryšták joint venture (Skanska DS, Eurovia, Metrostav, DSP, Porr). The contract price of the whole stavba 4901, both parts together, is 5 959 599 028 Kč excluding VAT (contract from 2008); it is not split between the parts, so no lot value is recorded. The drawn centreline starts at the Hulín junction node and is about 1.3 km shorter than the sourced length.

ŘSD stavba 4901, second part, 7.5 km from MÚK Holešov to a temporary connection to II/490 south of Fryšták. Opened on 17 June 2026 for early use under a decision of the Dopravní a energetický stavební úřad; the ceremonial opening was planned for 20 June. The May 2026 leaflet had forecast 06/2026 and recorded the building permit for 11 structures being annulled in July 2025 and reissued on 20 March 2026. The contractor is the Sdružení Hulín–Fryšták joint venture. The contract price of the whole stavba 4901 is 5 959 599 028 Kč excluding VAT (contract from 2008) and is not split between the parts; zdopravy.cz gave about 6.5 billion Kč excluding VAT for this section, which is not recorded as a lot value because the basis is not stated. The 2008 construction start is for the whole stavba.

ŘSD stavba 4902.1 from km 17.300 behind the Dolní Ves bridge to km 19.000: the permanent MÚK Fryšták and the 3.366 km Zlín feeder (relocated II/490). Category D 25.5/120. The ŘSD stavby dataset (export of 2026-05-05) lists it as in preparation, with construction planned for 2029–2032 (years only). Drawn along the OpenStreetMap proposed line, cut at the leaflet chainage from the end of stavba 4901.

ŘSD stavba 4902.2 from km 19.000 behind MÚK Fryšták to km 28.300, where it ends provisionally at a roundabout on II/491 before Slušovice. Category D 25.5/120. After it, through traffic towards Vizovice is to use II/491. The ŘSD stavby dataset lists it as in preparation, with construction planned for 2029–2032 (years only). ŘSD stavba 4902.3 from km 28.300 to km 32.000, with MÚK Lípa 1 and Lípa 2, viaducts over the Dřevnice (734 m) and Lutoninka (815 m and 853 m) and a provisional connection to I/49. Category D 26.0/130. The leaflet says preparation is not continuing for now because the route beyond Lípa is unclear. The ŘSD stavby dataset lists construction planned for 2031–2034 (years only). ŘSD stavba 4903.1 from km 32.000 to km 35.000, with a 630 m gallery at Zádveřice and MÚK Vizovice. Category D 26.0/130. It replaces a stretch of the two-lane I/49.
