S17 expressway (Warszawa – Garwolin – Lublin – Zamość – Hrebenne)
Expressway from the Warsaw east bypass at Warszawa Wschód (formerly Zakręt) through Garwolin, Kurów, Lublin and Zamość to the Ukrainian border at Hrebenne, on the E372 route. Lots follow GDDKiA contract sections. Warszawa – Kurów opened in 2019–2022 and Kurów – Piaski in 2013–2014. Kurów – Piaski Wschód is the same road as S12, and Sławinek – Rudnik also carries S19. Piaski – Hrebenne is being built in contract sections signed in 2022–2024, with two sections still in tender. Not drawn: the Lubelska interchange with S2 and A2, the 2 km Hrebenne bypass signposted DK17, and the planned Drewnica – Warszawa Wschód section. Contract values are gross (VAT included) as published by GDDKiA.
