S8 expressway (Wrocław – Łódź – Warszawa – Białystok)
Expressway from Wrocław Psie Pole through Oleśnica, Kępno, Sieradz, Łódź, Piotrków Trybunalski, Warsaw, Wyszków and Ostrów Mazowiecka to the S19 junction at Choroszcz near Białystok, drawn as 34 lots. Much of it is DK8 upgraded to expressway standard, so an upgrade date is not a new-build opening: Oleśnica Wschód – Syców Wschód, Piotrków Zachód – Paszków, the Wyszków – Białystok sections and Trasa Armii Krajowej in Warsaw. Not drawn: the Wrocław ring (A8, with the 4.4 km Kobierzyce – Wrocław Południe stretch opened 30 December 2010), the Łódź Południe – Piotrków Trybunalski Zachód stretch on the A1, the Opacz – Konotopa stretch on S2, and the sections from Wrocław towards Kłodzko still planned or under construction. Lots follow the contract sections and opening dates of the pl.wikipedia article, checked against GDDKiA releases where cited. Contract values are as stated and mostly lack a stated VAT basis.
