| Chalkida bypass, Psachna bypass and North–South Evia artery The total is about 27 km (ypodomes.com, 15 July 2026). Newmoney.gr (25 November 2024) gives two sections of the main project: Nea Lampsakos to the Vathrovouni tunnel, 2 km, and Vathrovouni tunnel to Psachna, 14.7 km, with the Psachna bypass and a North–South Evia connector as optional sections. No extents are given for those, so the works are kept as one lot. The date of 2 August 2028 follows an 18-month extension granted by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, as reported by newmoney.gr; it is a press report, not the contract, and is recorded as the expected opening. METKA cited delayed property acquisition, transfer of state forest land, design changes at the Nea Lampsakos junction and at the Lake Dokos anti-flooding works, and unfinished studies. The cross-section is not stated. Drawn geometry is the OpenStreetMap highway=construction (construction=trunk) way from the Vathrovouni tunnel northwards, about 15.2 km: it covers only part of the 27 km, and the Nea Lampsakos approach and the Psachna bypass are not drawn. The existing Schimatari – Chalkida A11 branch is a separate road. | Under construction | 27 km |

- Co-financed under the ESPA 2021–2027 programming period, with the participation of the Cohesion Fund (ypodomes.com, 15 July 2026).
A section that lists two sources counts its full length under each: the data records which sources paid, not what share each one carried.
