| Warszawa Okęcie – Czachówek Południowy Modernisation of 27 km with rebuilt platforms and track layout, design and build, for up to 160 km/h; 77 km of track and 101 switches were to be replaced (PLK, 2016). The signing release gives 462 million PLN and a duration of 20 months; a PLK release of February 2016 gives 460 million PLN. The line was originally due to be modernised by 2012. In December 2016 PLK planned to finish the whole investment in the third quarter of 2017; the date trains began using the finished stretch was not found, so the opened date is the day trains ran on two tracks along the whole Warszawa – Radom route (29 August 2021), and the stretch may have opened earlier. Passenger speeds on the modernised line Okęcie – Radom Główny rose to 160 km/h from 11 June 2023. The drawn centreline is 7% shorter than the sourced 27 km; the sourced length is kept. | Opened | 27 km |

The date trains began using this stretch was not found; the opened date is the day trains ran on two tracks along the whole Warszawa – Radom route (29 August 2021), and the stretch may have opened earlier. The Warka Miasto stop opened on 13 March 2022. Part of phase II (LOTs A, B, F), see the funding entry on the Okęcie lot. The drawn centreline is within 2% of the sourced length. | Opened | 19 km |
