S1 expressway (Pyrzowice – Dąbrowa Górnicza – Mysłowice – Bielsko-Biała – Żywiec – Zwardoń)
S1 links the A1 at Pyrzowice airport with the Slovak border at Zwardoń, over 133 km when complete, drawn as one carriageway from OpenStreetMap relation 309616. Since 4 August 2016 the number covers the former S69 from Bielsko-Biała to Zwardoń; the Bielsko-Biała – Cieszyn road is now the S52 and is not part of this file. The northern part includes the Dąbrowa Górnicza – Kosztowy eastern ring road of the GOP (built 1978–1983) and the DK1 rebuilt to expressway standard at Podwarpie. The new Mysłowice – Bielsko-Biała line (about 40 km, with the Oświęcim bypass) opened in stages in 2025–2026 and only Mysłowice Kosztowy II – Bieruń is still under construction. Lots are grouped by contract and split where parts opened in different years. Not drawn: the 1.5 km Podwarpie link and the 1.4 km Zwardoń – border stretch (no opening date), the Komorowice – Hałcnów stretch (S52 in OpenStreetMap) and the Lędziny – Tychy stretch outside the target route. Contract values come from GDDKiA pages; each note states the VAT basis, or says it is not stated.

The opening year is taken as the end of the 1978–1983 construction range, since the page gives no opening date, so 1983 is a latest bound and sections may have opened earlier. Length measured from OpenStreetMap geometry between the Dąbrowa Górnicza Pogoria junction and the start of the Kosztowy II lot. | Opened | 25 km |

| Mysłowice Kosztowy II – Bieruń Design-build contract signed on 4 July 2022. The ZRID permit was issued on 31 January 2025 (applied for on 28 April 2023), which moved the works front to spring 2025 and the original October 2025 deadline out of reach. The drawn centreline starts at the Kosztowy II interchange (no OpenStreetMap junction node, position from the construction ways and pl.wikipedia) and is 4% shorter than the sourced 10 km; the sourced length is kept. | Under construction | 10 km |

| Milówka – Szare 2.9 km, single carriageway, opened on 8 January 2007 together with 1.8 km of upgraded access road to Milówka (pl.wikipedia). Szare has no OpenStreetMap junction node, so the boundary is placed by the sourced length, 2.9 km from the Milówka junction. | Opened | 3 km |
