S10 expressway (Szczecin – Stargard – Wałcz – Piła – Bydgoszcz – Toruń – Płońsk)

East–west expressway from Szczecin towards the S50 Warsaw ring near Nacpolsk, built in sections. Lots follow the GDDKiA contract sections, grouped by contract, and are cut at junctions mapped in OpenStreetMap; where a junction is not mapped, the lot note says how the cut was placed. Not drawn: the Piła Północ – Piła Wschód common run with S11 and the Piła Wschód – Wyrzysk Zachód section (planned, no mapped way and no contract), the Bydgoszcz Zachód – Bydgoszcz Błonie stretch common with S5 (opened on 31 December 2020, drawn in pl-s5), the Toruń Południe – Włocławek Północ stretch that is the A1 (not designated S10), and the planned Włocławek Północ – Nacpolsk section. Contract values come from the GDDKiA contract table of October 2026 and include VAT; older figures come from pl.wikipedia and say where the VAT basis is not stated.

Szczecin Kijewo – Szczecin Zdunowo (Płonia bypass)

New 4.35 km section north of the Płonia district, with a 130 m bridge over the Płonia and the Szczecin Płonia and Szczecin Zdunowo junctions. The environmental decision was issued on 16 December 2022 and the ZRID permit on 26 May 2026. The first bid, from NDI at PLN 187.34 million, was set aside after a court ruling in October 2024 (pl.wikipedia). The contractor has had access to the site since 8 June 2026; the contract table gives no works start date, so the access date is recorded. The drawn line covers only the section mapped in OpenStreetMap, from the Płonia junction to Zdunowo, so it is shorter than the recorded length.

The remaining work was split among Budimex, Porr and Pol-Dróg Drawsko Pomorskie in 2020. The GDDKiA page gives PLN 583.01 million for all works contracts together; VAT basis not stated on the source page. The page gives the bypass as km 0+020 to 17+805. A second carriageway is under a design-build contract with Mirbud, signed on 21 July 2025 (PLN 121.30 million; the GDDKiA page gives 5 km, 2027–2029, and the ZRID application was filed on 21 May 2026). It is not a separate lot, so the length is not counted twice. Wyrzysk Wschód – Nakło nad Notecią

Design-build tender announced on 9 December 2025; the GDDKiA page gives planned works for 2028–2031 and no contractor. The corridor study contract dates from 11 October 2010 and the environmental decision from 29 November 2022. The line is drawn from ways mapped in OpenStreetMap as proposed; the Nakło nad Notecią junction is placed at the proposed junction on those ways. pl.wikipedia swaps the lengths of this section and the next (20.2 and 19.5 km); the GDDKiA page figures are used.

Nakło nad Notecią – Bydgoszcz Zachód

Design-build tender announced on 17 December 2025; the GDDKiA page gives planned works for 2028–2031 and no contractor. It includes the Ślesin and Kruszyn (Sicienko) junctions, a pair of rest areas at Strzelewo and 22 structures, and the ramps of the Bydgoszcz Zachód junction are to be rebuilt. The line is drawn from ways mapped in OpenStreetMap as proposed, from the proposed Nakło nad Notecią junction to where those ways meet S5, and is 8% longer than the recorded length.

Bydgoszcz Błonie – Bydgoszcz Południe (southern Bydgoszcz bypass)

Part of the southern Bydgoszcz bypass, opened as a dual carriageway on 18 December 2009. The GDDKiA page gives 12 km and lists pavement rebuilding on DK5, DK10 and DW223 next to the junctions in its scope; pl.wikipedia gives 9.1 km in its section table and 12 km in its text. The drawn line runs between the Bydgoszcz Błonie and Bydgoszcz Południe junction nodes and is 19% shorter than 12 km; the sourced length is kept. The 7.2 km stretch from Bydgoszcz Zachód to Bydgoszcz Błonie, opened on 31 December 2020, is common with S5 and is drawn in the pl-s5 project (lot Bydgoszcz Opławiec – Bydgoszcz Błonie), so it is not drawn again here.

Bydgoszcz Południe – Bydgoszcz Park Przemysłowy (with the DK25 rebuild)

First of four contracts of the S10 Bydgoszcz – Toruń project. The GDDKiA page gives 8.9 km of S10 plus 5.4 km of rebuilt DK25, which is not counted here; the ZRID permit was issued on 30 October 2024. The contract completion date of 24 August 2026 has passed. The contract site reported earthworks, drainage and base-course work on 7 October 2026 and no new completion date, so no expected opening is recorded. The line is drawn from ways mapped in OpenStreetMap as under construction, from the east side of the Bydgoszcz Południe junction to where the ways change from 'odcinek 1' to 'odcinek 2'; it is 6% shorter than the recorded length.
