Pelješac Bridge and access roads
Cable-stayed bridge (2,404 m) over the Mali Ston Bay between Komarna on the mainland and the Pelješac peninsula, with 12.04 km of access roads and the 7.89 km Prapratno–Doli section of the Ston bypass. It joins the Dubrovnik–Neretva county to the rest of Croatia without crossing the Bosnian coast at Neum. Part of the EU-co-financed project Road connectivity with Southern Dalmatia (32.53 km of road in four phases). The 10.2 km Sparagovići/Zaradeže–Prapratno phase is not modelled as a lot because no opening date was found.

| Pelješac Bridge (Komarna – Brijesta) Cable-stayed bridge with 13 spans, 2,404 m long. China Road and Bridge Corporation bid about HRK 2.1 billion, against about HRK 2.6 billion each from Strabag and Astaldi/Içtaş (en.wikipedia); the signed contract value was not found. en.wikipedia gives a construction cost of EUR 420.3 million for the bridge, with no VAT basis or price year, so it is not recorded as a figure; Hrvatske ceste gives HRK 4,023,978,948.00 as the total value of the whole four-phase project. Hrvatske ceste's project page lists the bridge as 2.4 km. The contract was signed on 23 April 2018 (hr.wikipedia), and the 30 July 2018 construction start is from en.wikipedia. Buses, heavy trucks and vehicles with dangerous goods could use the bridge only after the Ston bypass opened on 19 April 2023. | Opened | 2 km |

| Access roads Duboka – Sparagovići/Zaradeže Hrvatske ceste lists the roads as 12.04 km: Duboka (D8) to the bridge 2.14 km on the mainland, and the bridge to Zaradeže 9.898 km on Pelješac with 2 tunnels, 1 viaduct and 2 bridges. The road opened together with the bridge (en.wikipedia). Drawn geometry runs from the Duboka junction on the D8 to the bridge (about 1.98 km measured) and from the bridge (about 9.82 km measured) along the OpenStreetMap centreline towards Ston. No construction start, award date or contract value for this lot was found. The opening is stated by en.wikipedia only; Jutarnji list reported on 27 July 2022 that works on a Pelješac access road were still having problems. | Opened | 12 km |

| Ston bypass (Prapratno – Doli) Second phase of the Ston bypass, from the Prapratno junction to the Doli junction: 7.89 km with 2 tunnels, 1 viaduct and 1 bridge (Hrvatske ceste); the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure gives 7.5 km. Polakovica tunnel 1,265 m and Supava tunnel 1,320 m, joined by the 485 m Ston Bridge (Croatia Week). Opened on Wednesday 19 April 2023. The Prime Minister described the bypass as valued at EUR 70 million (ministry, Croatia Week); this is not recorded as a cost because it is neither a contract nor a dated estimate. The ministry names Avax as main contractor 'uz Strabag' (with Strabag); the split of roles was not found. | Opened | 8 km |

Funding
- European Union22 km3 sections
- European Regional Development Fund, Operational Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014–2020. The grant of HRK 2,733,225,710.49 (85% of eligible costs) covers all four phases of the project, not this lot alone. The European Commission announced EUR 357 million on 7 June 2017.
- Same grant as the bridge lot: it covers all four phases of the project.
A section that lists two sources counts its full length under each: the data records which sources paid, not what share each one carried.
