A7 Motorway (Moldavia Motorway)

Partially built motorway that will link Ploiești (A3) to the Ukrainian border at Siret via Buzău, Focșani, Bacău, Roman, Pașcani and Suceava, partly along Pan-European Corridor IX. As of December 2025, 211.9 km are open (Dumbrava–Adjud and the Bacău bypass), 185.3 km are under construction (Adjud–Suceava) and the 56.1 km Suceava–Siret section is tendered, out of 453.3 km planned. The Pașcani–Siret section is to be co-financed from EU funds, while Ploiești–Pașcani is to be financed through the Romanian PNRR (Next Generation EU).
