Giurgiu–Ruse Friendship Bridge (Danube Bridge)
Steel truss bridge over the Danube between Giurgiu (Romania) and Ruse (Bulgaria), opened in 1954 as the Friendship Bridge with aid from the Soviet Union. A double-deck road-rail bridge, it was the only bridge over the Danube shared by Romania and Bulgaria until the New Europe Bridge opened in 2013.
